What is Group Therapy at Y Share Studio Like?
Group therapy at Y Share Studio in Vancouver provides a safe environment where you can make meaningful strides in your healing journey. Our groups are safe and structured, with no more than eight members per session. Each session allows us to address issues presented by you or fellow group members, facilitating discussions and exploring possible solutions and coping strategies.
Meeting weekly, your co-facilitators will offer expert guidance and exercises to help you practice the newly learned tools and techniques. Because we maintain a safe, judgment-free space, we ensure that your voice is heard, even amidst differing opinions.
